What Are My Roles and Responsibilities?

As a Trustee, your primary responsibility is to act as the bridge between the user's preserved afterlife messages and their intended recipients. Upon the user's passing, your role is to confirm the event with Laztwordz and trigger the delivery of these messages. 

You may also need to manage any special instructions the user left regarding the timing or method of delivery. 

Your role ensures that these heartfelt messages reach their destination, providing comfort and closure to those left behind.

Informing Laztwordz
Once the user has sadly passed away, it is your responsibility to inform Laztwordz by filling out a simple form with basic details about the user. This step is essential to initiate the process of delivering their afterlife messages.

Go to Laztwordz.com -> Mode -> Demise Notify 

Providing a Death Certificate
To verify the user's demise, you will need to submit a valid death certificate. This step ensures that all actions are taken with respect and authenticity.

Death certificate is mandatory to verify user's demise, if death certificate is not available we would need the certificate from authorised medical center and in this case the verification may take little longer. But we always prioritize the process as soon as we receive a Demise Notification so rest assured we will be on top of it to deliver the user's data to the assigned receiver.

Message Delivery
Upon successful verification of the user’s death, Laztwordz will automatically deliver the user’s saved messages to their intended recipients. These messages are a heartfelt final communication, offering emotional closure and support to loved ones.
