How do we verify user's demise 

​

  • Designate a Trustee: Each user designates a trusted person (a Trustee) who will notify Laztwordz of the user's demise.

​

  • Verification Process: Upon notification, Laztwordz can have a verification process to ensure the accuracy of the information. This might include requiring a death certificate or other official documentation.

​

  • Normally, it will take a week to deliver such sensitive details about the deceased user. It is important to allow a decent amount of time for recovery from the initial grief before proceeding with the delivery.

​

  • Trustee will be informed the process of notifying Laztwordz. We keep the Trustee updated on the changes and updation in the process.
